Cold Calling

Cold calling in Power Dialer has the following steps typically -

1. Choosing or uploading contact list into Power Dialer. Learn more about contact lists here.
2. Choose a power dialing mode, either power or parallel dialing. To learn more about the same click here.
3. Once mode is selected, call the person either in 1 line or mulitple phone numbers at once.
4. Log the call results in Logs. Learn more about logs here.
