Dialer Introduction

Dialer in PowerDialer is tool used to automatically call phone numbers from a contact list so that agents don't have to manually call the person.

Power Dialer typically has two types of dialing modes -

1. Power Dialer - Dials the numbers one by one. To learn more click here.
