Disposition Concept Explaination

The primary function of PowerDialer is to facilitate connections with leads, while the users role is to engage in conversations and classify the outcomes. All leads start of as "Not disposed". Users have to sort them into good/bad/negative etc. buckets based on the sentiment of the call. Different calling sessions at various times of the day lead to different lead types and dispositions.
