Machine detection in Power Dialer helps detect spam calls and automatically listens to the start of the call to decide if a real person or a automated answering machine has picked up. It helps your agents to spend more time talking to humans and less time waiting on machine pickups. To learn more click here.

Whenever a call connects, machine detection analyzes the pattern of the audio to classify it as a human answer or a voicemail/IVR/answering machine.

Based on the type of call, the system can skip calls if a machine picked up.
