Inviting members to PowerDialer is a straightforward process with a few steps to get you started. It is important as it ensures that the user can access the features of power dialer like Analytics Dashboard and Contact sharing etc.

Admin Privileges

In Power Dialer, you get access to admin privileges, which you can change depending on your scenario. A key advantage of Admin over Member role is the fact that admins have the ability to share contact lists. Another important aspect is that admins can also view coaching insights under the Analytics Dashboard for a quick summary of the calls, recommendations to improve call quality and viewing common objections. Admins can also see call logs of everyone else.
