Parallel Dialing Mode

The parallel dialing mode in Power Dialer is a multiple line dialer mode where the system calls up multiple phone numbers at the same time. The parallel dials per call range from 1 to 5. To learn more click here. It connects you to the person who first picks up the call. All other calls are automatically dropped and added to the next set of calls in a round robin method.

1. My dialer allows me to call 10 people at once. Should I take it?

Answer) We have something called as draw rejection or drawback. So when you are calling 10 people at once, multiple people picking up your phone numbers can lead to phone number getting burned. It can get tagged as spam and hence we don't support more than 5. 5 is the optimal one.
