Everything here is under Contact list, either on the list card or inside a list.
Rename a list
Use Rename on the list. The name is what reps see in the dialer's list selector, so name lists the way you would say them out loud: "Ohio dentists — March", not "export_final_v3".
Tags
Manage List Tags attaches one or more tags to a list, and you can create a new tag from the same dialog. Tags are how you find a list six weeks later.
When you remove the last list using a tag, the tag is deleted with it — the dialog reports which orphaned tags it cleaned up.
Groups
A group name collects related lists together in the list view. Use it for a campaign or a client that spans several lists.
Move and copy contacts between lists
Select contacts inside a list, then choose Move to list… or Copy to list…:
- Move removes the contacts from this list and adds them to the target. Their membership in any other list is untouched.
- Copy leaves them here and also adds them to the target.
A contact can belong to several lists at once. That is normal, and it is how you run a nurture list alongside a fresh-leads list without duplicating data.
Save a filtered view as a new list
Apply filters until the contacts on screen are the ones you want, then use Save as new list and give it a name. This is the cleanest way to split a big import into workable pieces — by timezone, by disposition history, by pickup rate — without touching the original file.
Share a list with a teammate
By default a list belongs to whoever created it. Use the access dialog to grant another user a contact range within the list — a start and end position — so two reps can work the same list without calling the same people.
Access is either general (everyone in the organisation) or restricted (only the users you name).
Add a script to a list
Each list can carry its own script: your opener, objection handling and prompts. Reps see it beside the contact card while they dial. Edit it with the script editor from the dialer.
