Contact List Filters

The contact lists in Dialer Tab inside of Power Dialer offers filters that can be set to search contacts in your list based on your preferences. The filters are as follows -

**Status: **Indicates the call progress, examples including Accepted, Busy, Cancelled etc. It informs the user if the call has been connected or if there is any issue preventing the call from connecting.
**Time Range: **You can filter the list based on range of times for instance from 9 AM to 5 pm. This will only return the contacts with calls within the selected range.
**Timezone: **You can select the timezone of the contact, for example it could be PST (Pacific Standard Time), MST (Mountain Standard time) etc.
**Disposition: **You can also filter by disposition of the contact. Some of the dispositions include answering machine, bad number, busy etc.
