Agents in Power Dialer represent the person who was responsible for logging and handling the conversation for a specific call. Once you click on the dropdown menu on the top left of the page inside the logs tab, you can view all your agents who have made calls. To filter the calls by an individual agent, just select the agent's name and you will get the call logs corresponding to that agent. Why is my number appear ‘Spam Likely’? Answer) The number is appearing as SPAM likely as it might not be registered for compliance such as with CNAM and STIR/SHAKEN. It might also be engaging in voicemail or machine calls which can flag it as SPAM. How do I register my number for CNAM?
