Why is my number appear ‘Spam Likely’?

Answer) The number is appearing as SPAM likely as it might not be registered for compliance such as with CNAM and STIR/SHAKEN. It might also be engaging in voicemail or machine calls which can flag it as SPAM.

How do I register my number for CNAM?

Answer) You can register your number for CNAM by navigating to the More tab in Power Dialer. You then need to select registrations from the dropdown. Inside registrations click on CNAM. Then select the number you want to register. Click on the register selected numbers button. After that enter your CNAM name and click on submit.

How do I register my number for STIR/SHAKEN?

Answer) Same process as above. You can find the STIR/SHAKEN option right next to CNAM. Then select the number you want to register and click on the "Register Selected Button".

How do I buy more numbers?
What is the price of each number?

Answer) You can buy more numbers by navigating to the Dialer Tab inside Power Dialer. Then click on Settings button next to the Start Power Dialing button at the top right corner. Then you have to click on "Buy a new one" button next to the source phone number form. Then select your area code and based on it you will get a list of eligible numbers. Here you will get the locality and the cost per month (in credits) for each phone number and you will also find a button to purchase. Click on purchase button to proceed.

What countries do you guys support? (Can I buy French/UK/Australia/etc numbers)
