Plans, seats and team members

Subscription holds your plan, your seats and your team. Seats A seat is what lets one person dial. Your plan comes with a number of them; the overview shows the Team Plan, Monthly Cost, Next Billing date and how many seats are Available. Someone without a seat can sign in but cannot dial. Adding a team member Add Team Member, then assign them a seat. If no seat is free, buy one first. Buying more seats Buy More Seats → choose how many → the app calculates the prorated charge for the rest of your billing period and shows Due today. Two flows depending on your setup: - Your card on file is charged immediately, or - You complete payment on Stripe. Either way: after purchase, assign the new seats to team members from the Seats tab. Buying a seat does not assign it. Changing the seat count Change seat count adjusts your subscription. Reducing seats takes effect according to your billing terms — the app shows what will happen before you confirm. Removing someone Remove the member, which frees their seat for someone else. Their call history, recordings and notes stay in the account; the data belongs to the organisation, not the person. Do this the same day someone leaves. An unassigned seat costs the same as an assigned one. What a plan controls Beyond seats, your plan gates several product limits: - Maximum parallel dials per session — the dialer says "Maximum N parallel dials in a session is allowed based on your plan". - Local area dialing — available on specific plans only; the app names them. - Voicemail drop — flagged as Available with Premium subscription on trial accounts. - Registrations / compliance features — Registration services are available on our paid plans. If a control is greyed out with a tooltip naming a plan, that is why. Billing interval Plans are offered on different intervals, including quarterly. A longer interval usually costs less per month; check the plan cards before switching, since the change applies from your next cycle.

Credits and auto-refill

Credits are the balance that pays for usage — calls, messages and phone numbers. They are separate from your subscription, which pays for seats and features. Checking your balance Your Credit Balance shows the current balance, available credits and your Next Billing Date. If you have never bought a number, you may see: "First Phone Number Free! — you're eligible to get your first phone number at no cost." Topping up manually Enter an Amount (in credits) and pay. Whole numbers only. Auto-refill Automatically refill your credits when balance runs low. Two values: | Setting | Meaning | | --- | --- | | Refill When Balance Falls Below | The threshold that triggers a refill. | | Refill Amount | What gets charged to your card and added to your balance. | Both must be whole numbers; the threshold can be 0 or more, the amount must be greater than 0. Turn this on. The alternative is discovering you are out of credits in the middle of a session, which in practice means an hour of a rep's day. The app warns you when you disable it: "Your account may run out of credits if you forget to refill manually." Choosing the numbers Set the threshold to roughly one full day of your team's usage, and the refill amount to three to five days. That way a refill never happens mid-session, and a failed card gives you days of warning rather than minutes. Refill history and warnings Refill notification history shows past automatic refills. Transaction history shows every credit movement. Billing warnings appear on the same screen when something needs attention — usually a card that has expired or been declined. When you run out Calls stop. You will see errors like "Not enough credits" when buying a number, and dialing will fail. Top up, and the account resumes; nothing is lost. Payment methods Payment methods holds the cards on file. Keep a second card on the account if you can — a single expiring card is the most common cause of an unplanned outage, and it always expires on a day someone needs to dial.

Trials

A trial account runs the product with limits. What you can see Trial Status shows your Trial Progress, when it Started, your trial allowance and the total trial period, with an Expires soon warning as you approach the end. What is restricted Several controls are disabled or capped during a trial, each with a tooltip naming what unlocks it: - Voicemail drop — Available with Premium subscription. - Local area dialing — Available with Standard - Unlimited and Premium - Unlimited subscription. - Compliance registrations — Registration services are available on our paid plans. - Buying numbers, custom dispositions, callback numbers and auto-rotate are limited on trial accounts. - Parallel dialing is capped by the plan. When it ends Dialing stops. The error is explicit: "Insufficient minutes. Your trial period has ended." Your data is not deleted — lists, logs, recordings and settings are all still there when you upgrade. Upgrade Now on the trial dialog, or go to Subscription. Getting a real answer from a trial A trial that only proves the buttons work has not told you anything. In the time you have: 1. Import a real list — a few hundred contacts you genuinely intend to call, not test data. 2. Buy a local number for the area code you call most. Your first number is free. 3. Run three sessions on different days and hours, and look at the call heatmap. 4. Disposition every call properly. Then read the disposition analytics. That distribution is the real output of the trial: it tells you whether your list is dialable, whether you get past gatekeepers, and what your actual connect rate is. That is enough to decide. Anything less and you are buying on a demo.
